Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the data subject, hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data to the operator — the administration of the website contract-russia.com.

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

Information on military duty, if such data has been provided.

2. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Reviewing the application and establishing contact with the data subject.
Verifying the candidate's compliance with the basic requirements for contract military service.
Arranging a work visa, migration registration and other documents required for entry and stay in the Russian Federation.
Interaction with state authorities within the candidate processing procedure.
Informing the data subject about the processing progress.
Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. List of actions with personal data

The data subject consents to the following actions:

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage.
Clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use.
Transfer (provision, access), including to third parties, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
Depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing with or without the use of automation tools.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to the extent necessary for candidate processing.

4. Transfer of personal data to third parties

The data subject agrees that his or her personal data may be transferred to state authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as to other persons involved in the processing procedure, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Validity of consent

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, or until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to the operator.

Important: withdrawal of consent may result in termination of application processing and the impossibility of further processing of the candidate for contract military service.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to:

Receive information about the processing of his or her personal data.
Request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained.
Withdraw consent to personal data processing.
Appeal the actions or inaction of the operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects or in court.
Exercise other rights provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. Confirmation of consent

By submitting a form on contract-russia.com and checking the corresponding box, the data subject confirms that he or she has read this Consent, acts freely, by his or her own will and in his or her own interest, and gives consent to the processing of personal data on the terms specified herein.
