A readable passport scan without glare, the MFA-approved application form signed by the candidate, and medical certificates (HIV, infectious diseases, narcotic substances).

The list of restricted countries is established by the state authorities of the Russian Federation. We cannot accept candidates from these countries — this is a mandatory condition of cooperation.

Yes, having a residence permit or another document confirming the right to permanent residence in a foreign country does not prevent submitting an application, but this information is indicated in the form.

Yes, if the candidate holds citizenship of another state in addition to his own, this information is indicated in the form. The final decision is made by the state authorities at the verification stage.

The country of birth is indicated in the form in accordance with the passport. If the passport data differs from the birth certificate, information from the birth certificate is additionally indicated.
