Who can sign the contract
Basic requirements for a foreign candidate:
- Age: 18 to 50 years inclusive.
- Passport: valid for at least 6 months at the time of application.
- Health: fit for military service, medical examination is taken in Russia.
- Russian language: basic level, confirmed by a certificate (we assist with the process).
- No criminal record: the candidate must not be under investigation or have an unexpunged criminal record.
- Medical certificate: confirming the absence of HIV, infectious diseases and narcotic substances.

If a candidate fails the medical examination, the return ticket is paid at the inviting party's expense.

Before entering Russia, the candidate must have a medical certificate confirming the absence of HIV, infectious diseases (tuberculosis, leprosy, syphilis and others) and narcotic substances. The final medical examination is taken in Russia.
Who pays the return ticket if a candidate fails the medical examination?
The return ticket is paid at the inviting party's expense. This is a mandatory condition of cooperation, so the medical stage must be taken with the utmost seriousness.
Are there restrictions based on citizenship?
Yes, there is a list of countries restricted for cooperation. The full list is published above on this page. As of March 2026, it includes Argentina, Yemen, Cameroon, Colombia, Libya and Somalia.

Who pays for the candidate's tickets to Moscow?
Tickets to Moscow are purchased by the inviting party. From the moment of arrival in Moscow, we take care of the meeting, support, document preparation, accommodation and visa issuance.
How long does document processing take?
