One-time payment upon signing the contract
Foreign nationals who sign a contract for military service in Russia receive a one-time payment. For citizens of certain countries it amounts to 1,500,000 rubles and consists of a regional and a federal part.

Monthly allowance for SMO participants
A contract serviceman performing tasks in the special military operation zone receives a monthly allowance from 210,000 rubles. The final amount depends on the military position, rank, length of service and additional payments for performing combat tasks.

Bonuses for combat tasks
SMO participants are entitled to additional bonus payments for performing specific combat tasks. The bonus amount depends on the type and significance of the target.

Free medical care and provision of medical devices as prescribed by a doctor in military medical organisations.
Housing provision
Service housing or monetary compensation for renting housing. Possibility of participation in the accumulative mortgage system.
Insurance payments
Compulsory state insurance of life and health of servicemen.
Job retention
Citizens called up for military service retain their job for the duration of service.
Credit holidays
Right to credit holidays on consumer loans and borrowings.
Tax benefits
Benefits on property and land taxes in accordance with Russian law.
Benefits for the serviceman's family
Family members of a contract serviceman also receive social support measures. The list of benefits depends on the region and the serviceman's status.

Combat veteran status

- Set of social services: medicines, medical devices, sanatorium-resort treatment vouchers, free travel to and from the place of treatment.
- Pension benefits: for each year of service in the combat zone, the pension coefficient is accrued at an increased rate.
- Early retirement: the period of participation in combat operations is counted towards the record for early retirement.
- Free sanatorium-resort treatment and medical rehabilitation: in specialised centres.
- Technical rehabilitation means: as per the conclusion of the medical and social examination.
- Housing and utility benefits: compensation for housing and utility costs.
- Free travel: on suburban and intercity transport to and from the place of treatment.

Military mortgage
Contract servicemen may participate in the accumulative mortgage system (AMS) — a state housing programme. Savings can be used to buy an apartment or a house.
Annual contribution
In 2026, the contribution to the individual account amounts to 411,185 rubles. Indexation occurs annually.
Use of savings
Funds can be directed to the down payment or full payment for housing. Registration is possible after 3 years of participation in the AMS.
Loan term
From 36 months until the end of the targeted housing loan term.
Maximum amount
In 2026 — around 2.2 million rubles. The monthly payment corresponds to 1/12 of the annual contribution.

Who pays for tickets and logistics
Logistics costs are shared between the inviting party and us. Tickets to Moscow are purchased by the inviting party. From the moment of arrival in Moscow, all costs for the meeting, transfer and accommodation are covered by us.
